Hi there! I am Katherine Barker, a proud mom of two boys, and a devoted wife. Over the past 8 years, I have served as Quartermaster in the US Navy where I have developed essential skills in leadership, communication, and empathy.

I am excited to switch career paths as I am now pursuing my master's degree in counseling at Western Kentucky University. My goal is to transition into a counseling career, particularly to help fellow veterans by utilizing my military experience to support their unique needs.

In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family, whether we're hiking, camping, or relaxing on the beach. I also enjoy staying active through running and weightlifting. I also have a passion for social media marketing.
